This printing ink is two component baking high-performance ink, aiming at meeting the high requirements of the specific touch screen industry for no discoloration during high temperature baking and excellent UV resistance. It has various advantages, such as good adhesion, excellent physical and chemical resistance. Its obvious predominance lies in temperature tolerance and UV resistance.
Scope of application: Physical tempered glass, chemical reinforced glass.
Operation process: Add 10 portions of the TCB-200B hardener into 100 portions of this ink and dilute the mixture, then print with
the 350-420 mesh halftone.
First coating: Baking at 160℃ for 10min; Second coating: Baking at 160℃ for 10min;
Third coating: Baking at 160℃ for 10min;
Forth coating: Covered with the gray ink and baking at 180℃ for 20min.
Technical parameters are shown in the following table. (Take the white ink of this series as an example.)

1. Usage:
1)Before use, add the matched TCB-200B hardener (in the proportion of 10%) and moderate thinner into the ink and then fully
stir the mixture before printing. (As to the transparent ink, black ink, colored ink and silver oil of this series, the hardener
should be added in the proportion of 15%. )
2) The recommended baking temperature is 160℃ and the recommended baking time is 10-20 min. On other conditions, please
confirm the feasibility in advance in order not to affect the product quality.
3) During the multilayer overprint, in order to ensure the quality, the first coating solidifies after baking at 160℃ for 10 min; the
second coating solidifies after baking at 160℃ for 15min; the last coating, covered with the TCBT-100 series ink (gray), solidifies
after baking at 180℃ for 20min.
4) The selection of the thinner types and the thinner dosage depend entirely on the adjustment of printing mesh number,
environmental condition and printing effect.
2. Storage condition:
Before and after using this series of ink, the ink containers should be kept completely sealed in cool and ventilated places to avoid
exposure to open fire and high temperature.
3. Guarantee period:
The guarantee period is one year since the production date. Beyond the deadline, please reconfirm the usability.
